The normal procedure of deliveries -
HOME ADDRESS DELIVERY : The driver will go to the delivery address with your flowers / gift, if the recipient is not at the home address then the driver will leave the flowers / gift with a neigbour nearby, The driver will leave a delivery card at the recipient address advising them where the flowers / gift has been kept.
WORK ADDRESS DELIVERY: The driver will deliver your flowers / gift to the reception unless other instuctions have been given.
FUNERAL DIRECTORS DELIVERY: According to the details provided by the sender the driver will deliver the floral tributes addressing them with the late persons name.
